Yes. We offer emergency call-outs for urgent situations. Please note that emergency call-outs are charged at premium rates, which will be communicated upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
Our guide prices exclude materials and VAT. Material costs are always quoted separately on your final quote. There are no hidden fees — everything is laid out before work begins.
Payment is due 7 to 14 days from the date of invoice. We believe in fair, transparent terms that keep your project moving without friction.
Every quote we issue is valid for 30 days from the date stated on it. Work will only commence once the quote has been formally accepted by you.
We understand plans change. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a charge, as this time has already been allocated to your project.
